Katherine R. Rogers is founder and President of The Marketing Consortium and has over 20 years of line management and business development experience in consumer-packaged goods and business-to-business products and services.  She has introduced new products, directed repositioning efforts, and returned declining brands to profitability for corporations such as Nestlé, Heublein, CIGNA, and PepsiCo.  

Characterized as a “strategic visionary, creative problem solver with a ‘can do attitude’ and a track record to prove it” her ability to translate classic packaged goods marketing fundamentals to growth has been industry transparent and enabled her to contribute to the growth of a broad range of companies, business-to-business, business-to-consumer, across a wide spectrum of industries. At both Heublein and CIGNA, as with her consulting clients, she was retained not for what she knew about the alcoholic beverages, healthcare, financial services, insurance, or reinsurance industries, but more for her knowledge of strategy, marketing, and growing businesses.

A graduate of Mount Holyoke College, Ms. Rogers holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut.  She was a member of the faculty at the New England School of Banking where she taught Marketing and Strategy. Formerly a Director of the Association for Corporate Growth she was Co-Chair of the ACG Boston Annual DealMakers Outlook Conference.
